Several Mac Volumes on the same HD
When I connect the MS Gamepad Pro to the USB port it installs it as an uknown device under Universal Serial Bus Controller in device manager instead of as a game controller under Sound, Video and Game Controllers. This on an AMD system using an AMD 761 northbridge and the VIA 686b southbridge.

I have an hp officejet d125xi and i was running it on my old computer fine. it connects through usb. when i plug it in 2 the usb port it says unknown device-- malfunctioned or something like that with a little yellow popup thing in the lower right hand corner. I know my usb port is working.

I have used a usb device in the past (a quick ->cam) and it still works, I have tried booting in safe mode and ->seleting all entries. When I re-boot, it first adds the intell /pci ->device and when I connect the hub, it prompts me for a path , it adds ->it correctly and then adds an uknown device.
